Friendly, informative, timely communication, do exactly what they say they will do.

My family needed to move interstate for work and Harcourts helped us rent our home from initial meeting to securing suitable tenants within four weeks. They had a team of people supporting us and every person in that team were friendly and capable on every interaction. They obviously have good systems to support their staff interactions.
