I have always been very happy with Hartcourt. My Property Manager is Valene Spalk and she is excellent. She looks after me, my needs and making sure everything is taken care of in my units in Seaford. She is so easy to talk to and deal with. She is very friendly and kind. Thank Valene for looking after me and my units!! You are awesome!!

Jane Jeffries (Property Manager at Harcourts Carrum Downs) has been nothing but amazing in providing assistance and support throughout my experience as a landlord. Since handing my property over to Harcourts Carrum Downs for rental management, I have really appreciated Jane's knowledge of all things related to renting properties, her expertise in the current market, her advice on rental income and prospective tenants, her recommended refurbishments and legal requirements to ensure the safety of tenants. Recently I undertook a refurbishment of my property and Jane went above and beyond in order to provide good advice, links to quality tradesmen, timely communication and daily support throughout the process. This made the refurbishment so much easier, especially since I was not able to attend the property for most of the time. Jane also provided excellent support in the choosing of a new tenant for the property.
