Harcourt's were very easy to deal with. Paula knows the market, and knew what I had to do to get a great return with regards to the rent. Very prompt with inspections, and she gave me excellent details with regards to the applicants. I certainly have a lot of trust, in Paula, and feel confident with her "gut feelings" on prospective tenants. The house leased very quickly, I was always fully informed, by direct calls and texts, and kept completely in the loop. Paula knows who to call, with regards to property maintenance, and they too have delivered their services in a very expedient fashion (internal painting and carpets). Very good professionalism and good range of knowledge in the area and market. Quick summaries of all potential applications sent through within 1-2 days. Only area for improvement is the contact hours which can be hard when you work during the day because the times you are free the office is closed. There is also no direct way to reach your agent, needing to ring and follow the prompts just to speak with your own personal agent

I have been using Jane for over 10 years now. I have referred her to many friends and family. All have been 200% happy with her. I don’t want to have phone calls after phone calls. Which Jane knows. If it broken , just fix it. If the rents not paid, chase it. I only get a call if I’m really needed to make a decision. Which is great. Let’s me get on with my work. Plus I love that Jane has been there from day one. We have used agent before and they come and go. So the next agent goes to do the 6mth check. She never been there before, so she no nothing. With Jane she’s on to everything and doesn’t take her job as just a job. She looks after your investment as if it was her own. You will not get a better agent.
