Fabulous people and worth every cent. Jane is a terrific person to have on your side. Whenever there is any kind of issue with the tenant or maintenance she has suggestions and he’s onto it quickly. As a landlord that is exactly what we want. The first few years with Harcourts they were changing agents but for the last five years Jane has been really stable and she knows the property inside out. Hello! Over the years we have had 3 property managers and all 3 have been fabulous. However as the property gets older the service required is more demanding. Jane always goes over and beyond. She has a great understanding of our needs as property owners and balances that with the tenants demands. Our current tenants have broken their lease, Jane has found a new tenant and is now dealing with issues as the old tenant vacates. She has kept us up to date the whole way. Cannot speak highly enough
