What a change dealing with these beauty’s. From the moment I called to ask about the property I felt like we were friends. I’m so so happy. It’s been years since I have felt such care from an agency. We have had to move around a little bit the last few years. The last property we resided for 1.5 years, we have 4 different agents. None of them knew us, and they were rude and unavailable. My experience of dealing with these gorgeous ladies so far is nothing but warm and helpful. We chat, we discuss and we negotiate on an honest and warm level. This is of upmost importance to me. In fact it was on top of my priority list when looking for a new place, so much so that it took us 6 months of house hunting every weekend to finally find a place we loved, in the perfect area with the perfect agency. We don’t want to move again for a while. So we wanted to have a great relationship with the very people managing our home. And with Jane as our agent, we really feel like we have found our home. Not just another ‘someone’s house we live in’! We are so heartened it still exists. We are so grateful. It really means a lot to us. So I had to write a thank you novel as a review for you fine people to read. This is our HONEST review. Thanks so much Jane. And Harcourts (obviously for nurturing that culture). I dealt with Kaitlyn immediately upon seeing a rental property online. She was nothing but helpful from that moment, as was Jane who attended the open for inspection.
