Excellent Agent
Having only rented for the passed 3 months, I have found Harcourts Carrum Downs to be excellent in their communication mostly via email which is great for me as I can’t get to the phone a lot of the time, I take pride in the way I presented the property today at my 3 inspection.. and I hope that reflexs back to the Agents and Owners. Fantastic service
Cassandra has managed my rental properties for a number of years and she is fantastic, nothing is ever too much trouble and she is always prompt at responding to communication and addressing whatever is required at the property. Cannot speak highly enough of her and Harcourts.

Very happy with the attention and competence of harcourt's Carum downs office.

Nothing to worry about.

Very Happy
From the day we first inspected the property, through the rental application, getting some plumbing fixed and our first routine inspection we have been made to feel welcome and received nothing but help and respect from the rental team.
