Karen was always available for advice and or viewings and went out of her way to show the property to those who could not make the booked viewing time, eventually on of those off time viewings bought the place. Karen’s knowledge of the Carrum downs area was massive and even though we didn’t get the true sales price due to a number of reasons I am comfortable recommending Karen and her team.

Easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable about the area I was selling in. Willing to change strategy quickly when very little interest shown in property. Was willing to organize many contractors for me (cleaners, handyman, gardener and staging) as I'm interstate and was overseas for much of the time property was on the market. When we finally got some interest Brad was able to get an offer in a market that was slowing down quickly.
