Bryce was extremely professional through the whole process. Even though we had a couple of hiccups to start with (interest rate rise the day after we went to market sure didn't help!!) he got us a good price for our home which set us up for purchasing our dream property. Bryce was a great Sales Agent who listened to my needs, kept things open and honest, presented all offers, even the silly ones, and found the best buyer for my property come sales time. I didn't have to listen to all the 'catch phrases' that come with some of the cowboy agents, it was honest and open communication from the start. With rates going up every month and the market as volatile as it is, he did a great job, got the price I was looking for and a quick settlement to boot. Couldn't recommend him enough if you're looking at selling in this area.

As with our second last investment property a nice quick sale at market value. Bryce was onboard as soon as he knew we were selling. He expertly and professionally organised advertising and opens and got the house on the market. Within a few opens he had a buyer and secured the deal for a fast settlement. Very happy with the professionalism and knowledge of sales in our local area which with both properties Bryce has handled got us good results all round.
