Brad assisted us in purchasing our new home he quickly understood what we wanted and was able to to advise us of the pluses and minuses of the property. He made himself available and communicated with us and the vendor quickly and clearly.

Brad was happy to make time for a couple of private inspections as we currently live in regional Victoria. He had some helpful suggestions about the house. While there was some urgency to sell the property, we didn’t feel pressured to buy. We are very pleased with our purchase!

Brad was always courteous, punctual and an agent who knew his craft well. I was kept up to date with potential buyers at my Saturday open days which he followed up on Mondays. He worked very hard to secure a sale for me with a satisfactory settlement negotiated with all concerned. Brad became a friend to me and I would recommend those looking to sell have a chat with him.
