Communicates Amazingly
Steve’s knowledge of the market in the macurther is spectacular. The communication throughout the sales process of our Mount Annan home was spot on with update daily. Support was given from styling the home through to the street appal and back yard, Steve and his PA Rachel where a pleasure to work with.

Above and beyond the call of duty
In our 20 years of buying and selling homes with different agents, Steve Arentz has greatly exceeded all expectations a vendor can have. This particular sale included several obstacles due to our relocation overseas, but as promised Steve was there for us in more ways than simply the acting agent. Hard working, honest and absolutely reliable 24 hours around the clock. For all aspects of our real estate requirements, Steve always had a solution. The affable, unflappable Steve!
We first met Steve at an open home 12 months ago where we got chatting about the state of the market and what our price point looked like. Fast forward 12 months and we continued to stay in touch with Steve throughout the ups and downs of the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown, and in late 2020, were able to purchase our family home! Steve has impressive local knowledge and is an expert negotiator, all the while keeping all parties informed and happy. His staff and office were also accommodating with our various questions and assisted us through the electronic document signing process. Even after the sale, we remain in contact with Steve and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make a move in the real estate world.

Steve sold our property, was fantastic to deal with and got us a great price with multiple offers. He is a great communicator and kept us informed throughout the entire house sale process.
