Derek was Recommended to us and he did not disappoint. He was friendly and down to earth and communicated with us regularly throughout the whole process. He was the only one we dealt with too. No assistant or other team members calling on his behalf. He was in attendance for the photos and pest inspection too which was great. The photos looked fantastic. He really has a way with words too and our advertisement was written beautifully. This resulted in a huge number of people interested in our property, multiple offers and an offer beyond our expectations.
