Great communication and laid back style was appreciated.
Travis runs a small operation which has great communication and plenty of feedback. We had 3 or 4 sit downs to discuss tactics and options along the way and they listened well to our thoughts, ideas and concerns. There was always plenty of information on what potential buyers were saying and thinking, so we felt that we were always across how the sale was progressing. When it got down to crunch time for us Travis and Steve were able to bring along a few interested parties and we ended up getting a sale that looked to be 50/50 at that stage. Easy to deal with. Great work.

House sale
Travis was very easy to work with and nothing was ever a problem in regard to the sale of our house. Travis and his staff were always helpful. And any questions answered promptly. Travis knows the area very well and quoted the house at a price approximatley $40'000 higher than other agents and had no trouble achieving that price. Very Helpful
We mainly dealt with Steven Reeves who was very easy to talk to. He opened this house about 4 or 5 times, some of them after we bought it. He would have showed us more times had we wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble. Towards the end of the contract period he went on leave and Travis was on hand to answer any questions. He also did everything we asked of him and also offered suggestions. I would recommend this agency to anyone.
