Travis sold me Barrands Lane as an investment property some time ago and it was rented out for a year but afetr my tenant left I decided to sell the property and gave the job to Travis who had impressed me in the first instance. We agreed that the market had softened over time and decided on a realistic price rather than a wing and a prayer pricing strategy - Travis had the place sold within a fortnight and when finance proved a show stopper with that purchaser had the place sold unconditionally the following week. Great stuff.
