Needs to focus on the whole transaction

We purchased a house from Wendy in Devonport. It's the small details that matter. We had to chase up letting her know a settlement time and she was not going to meet at the house to drop off the keys. Given it is one of the most important purchases we will make in our lives - I think it is important for the agent to know when a property they are selling is settling and to personally meet the buyer at the house. As I say it's the small details that count and they were missed by Wendy.

Passionate about their profession and great at it

Wendy is wonderful to deal with. Her enthusiasm and keen interest in what she excels at is a wonderful combination. She would gladly spend time talking about real estate in general and provide honest, straight forward advice. There is a strong team that support her as well who kept me informed. A high achieving agency no doubt.
