Beyond expectation.
Buying a property is always stressful. Andrew and his Team were very helpful, during the auction, and the way the market is going. they did their very best beyond my expectation for the chance of buying this property. and they were very helpful up to the end of settlement when we can move in and have the roof over our heads. A Master at his craft.
From the first meeting with Ric he was extremely professional and explained the Public Auction in simple terms easily enough to be readily understood. His friendly demeanour made it a pleasure to have conversation with him. He was also readily available throughout the entire process to answer any questions related to the auction. We were informed step by step with the Open Home days and times. In preparation for the advertising photos and videos he gave invaluable ideas in how furniture etc should be placed so as to display the home to its best and create spaciousness. The advertising was excellent. He prepared us for the worst possible outcome but also explained the market.
