Friendly and efficient service provided. Kept me up to date with offers and his opinion on the changing market place and conditions. Evaluated offers made and followed my instructions and suggested changes in pricing as the market ch as changed. The fact the sale came after his contract expired shows he kept a good rapport with those parties interested in my property

Vince was of great assistance to us during the open homes for our auction. Not only was he helpful, he was approachable, kind and definitely a professional. Great agent, Helped me sell my place

I recently bought a property and Vince has been amazing the whole way through the buying process.
