The Best Agent that i ever worked with
Michael ; aka Ric; the best way to describe him genius magician who has mastered the art of connecting with people. Ric approached me few earlier this year to see if i was keen to do business with him and i was not interested. We however agree to met for discussion. We did not discuss business, just talked about different things and started to build the relationship; and i ended up giving him business after 4 months as i felt that Ric is the right guy for me work with as i trusted him with my life. Ric has been very transparent, detailed and honest about the see process, market appraisal and auction process. Ric has very unique communication style, it is step by step and he articulates in great level of details. I felt safe while doing business with Ric and felt that i was in control and was kept in the loop at all times. Ric works very hard and i have witnessed it personally, He takes personal care when he does business with you and goes above and beyond to get the best outcome for you.
