leon had good local market knowlege and was able to provide a written guarantee re anticipated market price. He showed effective negotiation skills in navigating an increasingly difficult selling environment once the property was listed. His campaign saw around 40 interested parties showing up at open inspections. Leon was quick on follow up with genuine prospective buyers and maintained his high standard of professionalism throughout. Getting the sale done just prior to auction was a relief for myself even though the eventual sale price was a little short of the anticipated mark.
