Excellent performance!
Excellent !! . If you looking for sale your property in Vermont area Yuan Jimmy and yuan yuan are the agent you want to go with , they have sold my property off market within a couple of weeks and reach our target price . They have strong customer base and very responsive! Highly recommend !!!

Great sales team to satisfy demanding vendors
Choosing Harcourts Vermont South as the agents to sell our home in Vermont was the best decision we could have made. Jimmy Lu and Leon LI must be the best team in the business. They really know their market, the buyers, what drives them, the demographics and how best to bring them all together to exceed our expectations. Working with a great team of ancillary services, we could rely on them to prepare, present and market our (already empty) home better than we could imagine. Quickly, professionally, effectively and always keeping us up to date. They “worked” prospective buyers relentlessly and the way they “managed” to drive the best possible outcome out of each bidder at the auction was a sight to behold.
