I’ve attended a number of auctions conducted by a variety of different auctioneers over the past few months and all I can say is, Basil Zoccali from Harcourts Vision Keilor East blows them all out of the water. But what they have in abundance that others possibly lack to some degree is genuine heart. Whilst their presence is inevitably expanding, they remain humble enough to hold tight to their vision and commitment of being personally invested in delivering the best possible service to achieve the best possible price for their vendors. Harcourts Keilor East is the only agent I’m aware of that can offer you a Sunday auction. What a unique and ingenious option. We had a fantastic crowd there on our auction day amongst our multiple bidders which created a wonderful atmosphere and vibe. Not to mention that the entire sales crew and the directors from Harcourts Keilor East all came out to support us (on a Sunday!) on our big day. What a team!
