I found Ms Mikaela Etri, had researched the property and suburb well prior to the first meeting. During the first meeting Ms Mikaela Etri presentation and conduct was professional. She had made me feel at ease with the process. During the process Ms Mikaela Etri, kept me informed with her formal reports and correspondence. Also guiding me through the negotiation however leaving the decision to me in regard to the price and acceptance. Ms Mikaela Etri, also assisted in increasing the offer price for the property. I am very pleased with Ms Mikaela Etri and have already recommended her to a friend handle her property sale. Overall, I felt that Ms Mikaela Etri, worked hard for me to sell the property.
