Excellent in every aspect
Jimmy was excellent in all aspects in this volatile market. Considering the market conditions Jimmy was on top of his game and managed to get the ball over the line. Very congenial and helpful
We chose Kenny Gwynn as we wanted a Jenman trained agent. He was consistently helpful and available to us, mostly by phone. He led us through the changes due to rate increases and changes to bank lending rules. Not a great time to sell but Kenny kept a positive approach and led to a sale that meet our needs and left us with a bit of money to splurge.
