Absolute legend

Wow What can we say.
Wow what can we say from the moment we meet Jimmy and Danielle they had so much knowledge and made us so relaxed with the sale of our home. Was so impressed with the communication and also the marketing of our property. We got phone calls straight after open homes and the two of them went above and beyond to help will all aspects of our sale. He was right on the money with what he could get for our home. If we still lived in Sydney we would definitely use them again and will also refer any of our friends or family in Sydney thinking of selling… Thank you both so much for all your hard work and efforts with our sale..

Overwhelmed experience
We have been approached by at least 6 sales agents and everybody was ready to put our property on market straight away; but going all the odds we approached Krish as you can’t keep your eyes away from him looking on all banners in each corner of ropes Crossing, red lights and sometimes even on the buses.When we met Krish first time he asked ton of questions around our short term and long term plans and came up with some proposals.we were blown away with the strategic planning he came up with our house. Krish is always on top of things to make sure everything happens on time, according to clients interest, he is very knowledgeable with the surroundings and always helpful in considering the client need at first instead of just adding a number to his selling list. Krish is obviously going to be our agent for our next property and should be for others in ropes if they are considering selling because Krish gets the right price and makes the seller overwhelmed.

Exceptional Agent
We saw Krish’s face in every corner around Ropes Crossing selling record price properties so we had to make contact when we decided to sell our place. We knew we made the right choice on the day we met him he was calm and collected, kind, helpful, a local expert with a wealth of knowledge. We got a really good vibe and had all the confidence in Krish, we had to make him our agent. We had 3 inspections and within 1.5 weeks our property was sold! Krish may come across laid back in a positive way that he made what would be a very stressful process extremely seamless he was exceptionally hard working, reliable and also flexible in the same token he also did not waste any time he ensured there was momentum and he locked it in! He made the whole process easy for my husband and I organising the premium marketing, keeping us up to date and effectively closing the deal.
