Krish Nair: A polite, approachable, and reliable agent.
This was my first time to sell any type of property. I did not know what type of agent I will get when I searched the internet. He was quick to reply and that gave me hope. He has a very good knowledge of the current house and land markets. In his first visit he gave me the information and advice that I needed. He communicated to me throughout the process. Surely my property was sold within 2 weeks.

Fantastic Experience very quick
Krish’s knowledge of the market and the land my partner and I purchased was great. He made sure we had all the information we could ask for and even came to us at 9pm to sign for the purchase of our land. He really impressed us and made the sale so easy, for it being our first purchase. Thanks Again Krish!

Best agent
Mikeala was one of the best agents we have went through by far . She was very helpful with the purchase of our first home . Always quick to respond to messages or phone calls . A+++ friendly and professional Real estate agent
I was reccommended by a friend to ask Mikaela to sell my dads house. Mikaela provided a fuss free and streamlined services, she answered my endless amounts of questions and had the patience of a saint. Mikaela gave me the choice to decided which type of sale i felt most comfortable with and never pushed me into anything i felt uncomfortable with. She then guided me through the process and helped me understand each stage and what was involved. Everything was easy, we got a great price and fantastic outcome. Over all excellent and believe he went far and beyond
Krish helped me out in a very awkward position as being a self employeed person and by being very understanding of my situation and reasoning with vendour and explaining my personal situation. I believe krish gabe me a good chance at purchasing this house with not have a pre approval ready but giving me sufficient time to get one by. I believe he is a very good agent and works at all hours to help both ourchaser and vendour come to terms
