We were kept informed throughout the campaign by phone calls, emails and texts providing us with up to date information on results from open homes, potential buyers and offers plus comprehensive reports. Jimmy is an “above and beyond” agent . He is readily available - always commits to a sale and keeps the lines of communication open always . He never makes you feel like you are a nuisance even when you ask 1000 questions. We are so happy with how Jimmy kept us updated and was completely 100 percent honest with us. He didn’t play games or tell us anything we didn’t already know. He is a great agent and definitely an agent who can make you feel like the home is perfect for you. He is knowledgeable of all things real estate and knows how to navigate your concerns. He is a great person - kind and understanding- he knows about every family dynamic and how the cost of living impacts families. He negotiates well and is a great communicator . The Most Stressful, Unprofessional, and Emotionally Draining Property Experience We’ve Ever Had
a complete lack of duty of care and professionalism. Krish facilitated an initial, ineffective inspection at night and gave false reassurances. On settlement day, we arrived for the promised final inspection to find the property just vacated, cleaners starting, and tradesmen still working—unacceptable and not "professionally cleaned" as promised. When we aborted, Krish ignored all calls and messages. We were then denied our rightful final inspection. After settlement, we discovered multiple issues (holes in walls, a misaligned shower, a damaged pantry door, a suspected leak) that a proper inspection would have identified. Kris took advantage of our trust, displayed zero professionalism, and ignored us when we needed clarity. I cannot recommend him. Please contact me to learn more and avoid our experience

Matt is a very personable, experienced and very knowledgeable real estate agent for the area. He was very confident for a quick trouble free sale. He worked hard selling the property and it sold very quickly and easily for a very good price. He has excellent negotiating skills and we were very happy with the result. Exceptional customer service, care, support and professionalism from Sally
Sally has been a pleasure to deal with from the beginning, her Professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market is second to none and she took into account all our concerns in the selling of my families home after we were forced to sell it after the unfortunate death of my sister, Sally was sympathetic during a very difficult time in our lives. Although we thought the process of selling our family home would be very difficult and stressful, it was made a lot easier with Sally’s guidance and knowledge. Good communication and knowledge
Everything was great regarding her market knowledge, and the way she talked to us. But the problem was when we specifically wanted to do the sold sticker thing. She said yes. And then went and did it on her own. Not everyday people buy houses. That was something special. We wanted to do with our kid. But it was a very big disappointment. When we went there. And it was already done. Genuinely disappointed. And we weren’t even informed prior that it was already done.
