Jimmy is an “above and beyond” agent . He is readily available - always commits to a sale and keeps the lines of communication open always . He never makes you feel like you are a nuisance even when you ask 1000 questions. We are so happy with how Jimmy kept us updated and was completely 100 percent honest with us. He didn’t play games or tell us anything we didn’t already know. He is a great agent and definitely an agent who can make you feel like the home is perfect for you. He is knowledgeable of all things real estate and knows how to navigate your concerns. The Most Stressful, Unprofessional, and Emotionally Draining Property Experience We’ve Ever Had
a complete lack of duty of care and professionalism. Krish facilitated an initial, ineffective inspection at night and gave false reassurances. On settlement day, we arrived for the promised final inspection to find the property just vacated, cleaners starting, and tradesmen still working—unacceptable and not "professionally cleaned" as promised. When we aborted, Krish ignored all calls and messages. We were then denied our rightful final inspection. After settlement, we discovered multiple issues (holes in walls, a misaligned shower, a damaged pantry door, a suspected leak) that a proper inspection would have identified. Kris took advantage of our trust, displayed zero professionalism, and ignored us when we needed clarity. I cannot recommend him. Please contact me to learn more and avoid our experience
