Kris recommended to us a selling strategy based on going early to auction with the existing tenant still in the property and without spending any money on new carpets etc. The unit sold before auction within 2 weeks of the first open inspection at a price well beyond our expectations. Ben should be highly commended ! Ben endeared himself from the moment we met him. He looks great, he dresses well! But his smile and ability to communicate with us won us over! Very quickly we knew could trust Ben. He was in contact with all throughout the campaign keeping us briefed on what was happening. He went out of his way to help us with getting the house ready for sale. He never at any stage let us down! He provided data that provided information to us which helped us to be aware of property movement and prices. He was genuine, honest, looked great, communicated at the highest level and of course sold the property! We have already recommended Ben and Harris to friends. Having asked Anne to sell my father's house some years ago, and been impressed by the way she handled the sale, naturally we asked her to come and talk when the time came recently to sell our own home. We weren't disappointed. Still articulate, friendly, knowledgable, efficient and, above all, communicative, of course we gave her the business. The result? - bear in mind that our much loved house was idiosyncratic - in an excellent area and position but old and without the now requisite 2nd bathroom and other benefits now considered almost necessary by even undemanding buyers - this is what happened: Anne quickly identified those features of our house that she knew would appeal to certain buyers. Then she identified the buyers to whom she would promote the house. Two days after the board went up in the front garden, she held the first - and only - open inspection. Just half-an-hour, by the end of which she had 3 offers. She then spent the afternoon negotiating between the offers and by 7pm had presented to us the offers and her professional judgement on which to accept. Having faith in her judgement, we agreed. So, in the hands of Anne Einarson, estate agent extraordinary, our house was launched on the market and sold - in 8 hours! She handled us, her clients, with consideration at all times; she handled those making offers with kindness and courtesy. Would I recommend her to others approaching the often stressful business of selling their homes? Of course I would. Without hesitation.
