Our Salesman of the Times

Paul came to us following a sleepy end of week enquiry and set to work to turn our beloved office + block into a saleable proposition. He guided us through every step of the way in a professional way and always kept us informed of progress. Things were taking their time and as recent participants in the real estate market, my wife and I were starting to doubt our choices. Exemplary knowledge, great communicator

We could not have been happier with Belinda. She has a great eye for good design and presentation, and her inputs in this area were invaluable in preparing our house for open inspections. Her knowledge of the local market, and ability to pitch the property to a buyer best suited to it, were impressive. Her valuation of the property was spot on, as was her ability to attract interested clients to the opens. But most of all, her deep knowledge of her job is complemented by a calm, effusive and genuinely warm and interested manner. We would have no hesitation recommending her to potential clients.

A stressful task made easy

Belinda was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire purchase process conducting herself professionally and in a personable manner. Belinda worked in very well with the building inspector and conveyancing agent. She took the time to follow up to see if the everything was okay after handover. I would absolutely recommend friends and family to deal with Belinda for future sales and purchases.
