My husband and I met with two Agents and chose Paul because of his professional presentation (not a hastily put together online submission) and the genuine way he was with us was the way we would like the potential buyers to be dealt with. Plus, Paul is a hills dweller and has considerable knowledge and expertise with the local conditions and feel for the market. We were moving into a retirement village and had a 90 day deadline so we chose to go to auction to get a definite sale not subject to finance. It was a hectic time getting the house ready for market. Paul was in regular contact and gave us good advice for presentation etc. The auction was susuccessful. We were at the end of the really high prices run and would have loved a crazy price, but got a good realistic price thanks to Paul's negotiations. We had a fairly smooth run until a hurdle loomed in the home straight. That is when you find out that you have not only a good, but a great Real Estate Agent. Paul pulled out all stops and with superhuman efforts on his part, we had a successful outcome. Our heartfelt thanks go to Paul and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Paul Richards from Sexton, Glover and Watts to anyone.
