Selling our property with Belinda Pfitzner
The challenge for Belinda was to market and sell a block of 8 units which she had not done before. She handled the complete operation in a calm and methodical manner ; very professional. When she needed information on various subjects that needed a response Belinda was resourceful and determined to obtain for the prospective purchaser any of that which was necessary for him to make an informed decision. We were kept informed on progress in a timely manner which just added to the confidence she gave us as our sales person . Handled exceptionally well by any judgment.

Professional & Caring
Recently John assisted us in the purchase of a block of land. Normal - I know, however between all the mess between selling our other property and trying to find a rental to bridge a time gap, John stepped up to the plate and found us a rental property in such short notice and while in such a tough market these days. Although our original plan came together on the 11th hour and we did not end up having to take up John’s rental in the end, regardless, he went out of his way and kept our situation in mind although nothing related to what he was initially engaged for. Can’t thank him enough!

Genuine, no fuss and great to deal with.
Met with John about buying a block of land, unfortunately it had already been snapped up but I could tell he had a genuine interest in helping people find the right property and was a straight shooter, after some further discussion we landed on my current block of land which was much better suited to my plans. I would recommend dealing with John any time you're looking for property up in the Adelaide Hills.
