I was selling my land because I now live in Queensland. John has been incredibly diligent and professional throughout the whole land sale process, and we were able to communicate through email and on the phone. John’s experience came to the fore when negotiating with the buyer during a difficult sale and throughout the protracted settlement. When the first buyer dropped out after having a soil test done and calculating footing costs, John negotiated on my behalf to buy a copy of the soil test report to inform the sale process. This was very valuable and secured a new buyer quite quickly. Unfortunately the settlement took longer than it should have because the buyers were applying for a Homestart loan and needed to satisfy government re savings. John kept me informed of the status of the sale at all times. I would definitely recommend John as the best Agent in the Mt Barker area.
