Hello Simon, Prue and I are extremely pleased with the quick sale you achieved for us even before the full marketing campaign commenced. You saved us some advertising costs but more importantly, you saved us a significant amount of angst. Some credit must also go to your Photographer, as he made a "smallish" house look bigger.
