As first time landlords, we were understandably nervous about navigating the complicated process of getting our place ready to be leased. Chris and Maria made the first contact and appointment to view our place, whereas the other agencies we contacted really only called to chat. We loved that personal touch and it put us at ease. They explained the market potential of our unit in simple terms and we were made well aware of the time frame coming into spring where the rental market starts getting competitive.
