Excellent communicator with an amazing track record of sales in the Inner West

Michael Poynting is a tour de force in the Summer Hill/Ashfield real estate market. Michael has a warm and positive communication style and easily puts one's mind at rest regarding the whole 'selling one's home' concerns. Michael is friendly and approachable, listens well and his knowledge of the whole process of buying and selling real estate has made our sale happen very smoothly. Michael is proactive and keen to be of any assistance in the rather daunting 'getting ready to sell' stage. He has helped us traverse the 33 year gap since we last bought our home. Smooth and stress free experience

Honestly such a smooth experience. Michael and Josh were really great to deal with throughout the whole process. Always quick to respond, kept us in the loop, and helped us sort things out without any stress. They were super accommodating with inspections and questions, and just made everything feel easy and straightforward, even when things were moving quickly. Really appreciate all the help, would definitely recommend Michael and his team if you’re buying or selling.

The best in the (Inner) West

Selling a house is never easy, especially in a difficult market, but Jordan made the entire process feel manageable from start to finish. He went above and beyond over and over again, always keeping me informed, communicating clearly, and putting my mind at ease whenever I felt stressed or uncertain. What stood out most was how trustworthy, transparent and honest he was throughout the campaign. Jordan is incredibly knowledgeable — not just about the Inner West market, which he knows inside and out, but about people and buyer psychology too.
