Jordan Dias and Joey Di Perna from Harris Tripp are two agents that managed the sale of my property from January to early February 2025. In the past 35 or so years, my profession took me around the world. During this period, I have bought and sold >12 properties in Asia countries, 4 eastern states in Australia and Auckland NZ. Their professionalism far exceeds any agents who I had ever engaged in the past when buying or selling properties. They provide outstanding support, recommendations and plans that are highly effective and produce excellent results. They always respond within 5-10 minutes (at the most) to any SMS and emails that I sent to them. Jordan even took time to reply to my SMS and emails during his honeymoon and while attending friend | family wedding in Perth. They provide good and sensible reassurance and plans to ease any concerns that I might have from start to completion of the sale. They put in tremendous amount of effort to contact potential buyers each week, ensuring that the weekend open home has double digit parties coming through for inspection. It is with good reasons that Jordan and Joey are two most popular agents in the area. At the time of writing this review, they are the agents for at least 3 properties on the same street. Few properties are usually on sale on this same street, let alone that many within the 4-5 weeks that my property was on market. I can't ask for better agents.
