I interviewed 5 agents before choosing Jay. the final two were very close, but Jay was near to the property, the only one who had obviously don some pre-work and came with information that i could peruse before our first meeting. He was not pushy, allowed us time to consider all the agents. The selling process - though always a bit of to and fro in the final negotiations, gave an offer that I could live with. We were pleased that we had selected him.
