I thought one price bracket, my ex wife said no you're about 10% shy. Sharon & Natoli said no you're both about 10% short of where we think it will sit. We took them on, and less than a week later it was sold for a price that even exceeded Sharon & Natoli's bullish expectation. The marketing photos that never really had to be used, were so fantastic, it made me sadder than normal to move on from our beautiful home; I almost didn't want to sell (but the price they negotiated for us was too good to refuse) The respect and patience that they both showed to help us through our very brief sales campaign and settlement was why we selected them over other agents, and they delivered in this regard as well!
