He also advised that any work needing to be done could be managed through his network of contacts. After much thought I opted to manage the renovation process myself. I signed with Jordan in August 2024 and the unit was staged early October 2024 in readiness for a spring marketing campaign and sale. After that everything just fell into place. I received constant texts, phone calls and emails keeping me up to date on the number of potential buyers. And Jordan worked on keeping the buyers up to date as well. The proof of a successful campaign was having 11 bidders on the day and a record sale price. I could not be happier.
