We met Joey a while back at another viewing at the start of our buying journey and although it wasn't right for us Joey was quick to follow up on our needs and criteria for our first home and continued to send us through properties that may be a fit for us. Updating us weekly, Joey was keen to understand what we were after and kept on the lookout for us. It wasn't until he told us about an off-market opportunity that we should have a look at we then decided to attend. It was the last viewing of 6 we had on this particular Saturday and not thinking much of it, we viewed the property and knew instantly it was right for us. Joey remembered us and said they would keep in contact. Delighted with our choice, and true to his word Joey was quick to follow up on how we thought and how best to move forward with our decision. The constant reassurance and care he had for making this work with us was astounding and really made this whole process so much easier than we could have imagined. We never wanted to go to auction for the property we wanted to buy so we were over the moon that we could make this work as an off market opportunity. The negotiation was fair and well received and over the moon to find out that the owners were happy to proceed with the purchase. Michael is a true professional in the industry.
