Iinitially contacted Jordan for a market appraisal before I was even sure if I wanted to sell. He was the only one of the agents I contacted at that time who actually took the time to go and inspect the property so he could give me realistic guidance. There was no pressure to sell, but he kept me informed on what was happening in the market over the next couple of months until i decided I was ready. Once the decision to sell was made, Jordan and his team made things so easy! They attended the final inspection after the tenant moved out so we could arrange any repairs needed and styling straight away and minimise vacant time before it was on market. (we were on market a week later!) Throughout the selling process, Jordan kept me informed every step of the way. I had updates before and after every open home, verbatum feedback from potential buyers. We ended up selling before auction for a price I was very happy with, and one I dont think would have been achieved without Jordan's attention to detail, fabulous communication skills (with myself as well as with potential buyers) and knowledge of the local market. Jordan provides realistic expectations on sale price, and reasonable, cost effective suggestions for having the proeprty market ready.
