From the moment Sharon took on our property, her professionalism was evident. In a very short space of time, she had organised minor remedial work to be done, styling to be completed, marketing up and running etc.. Throughout the campaign, Sharon kept us informed every step of the way, and updated us following each open house. We were not even in the country for half of the 5 week campaign, and Sharon made it so easy for us to sell in-absentia. Nothing was too much trouble, and Sharon's attention to detail with the paperwork, reports and legal matters was excellent. It was evident throughout the campaign that Sharon was working really hard for us, which was very much appreciated. Even hitting the phone on Sundays to follow up with potential purchasers from the previous day's open house! Her knowledge of the local market and area was spot on, and we were very happy with the result she achieved. I could not recommend Sharon more highly and she is everything you want in an agent, plus some.
