It wasn't until he told us about an off-market opportunity that we should have a look at we then decided to attend. It was the last viewing of 6 we had on this particular Saturday and not thinking much of it, we viewed the property and knew instantly it was right for us. Joey remembered us and said they would keep in contact. Delighted with our choice, and true to his word Joey was quick to follow up on how we thought and how best to move forward with our decision. The constant reassurance and care he had for making this work with us was astounding and really made this whole process so much easier than we could have imagined. We never wanted to go to auction for the property we wanted to buy so we were over the moon that we could make this work as an off market opportunity. The negotiation was fair and well received and over the moon to find out that the owners were happy to proceed with the purchase.
