I can’t praise Sharon Skrabanich from Harris Tripp Estate Agency, enough for the assistance she gave me with the sale of my home. I would highly recommend her services to anyone about to sell their home. After being in a home that I loved, had raised my family, and had lived for over 30 years, the prospect of selling was a tough call for me to make and I still had my doubts. Sharon was so understanding of my situation and any doubts that I had about following through on selling. She went through every line of the sales agreement with me, so that I clearly understood what I would be signing and then told me to take my time to go through the agreement by myself and come back to her on any further clarification I may need. Having never been through the selling process before, Sharon was so helpful in guiding me through, recommending an excellent local conveyancing solicitor and organising me with a pet introductory letter that would be necessary for any strata residence I should consider purchasing. Sharon was clear and precise as to the value of my property and attained for me my expectation despite a softening market, leaving me overjoyed with the outcome. Sharon sold my home in 3 days; it was amazing! She is the true essence of what I believe a real estate salesperson’s aim to be, knowing their client’s requirements, both buyers and sellers and introducing the right parties together for a mutually agreeable transaction. This was certainly the case with the sale of my home. During this short process I also had to look for another home to purchase, there were only two that interested me. Again, Sharon kindly volunteered to assist me in this process and did a walkthrough of both the properties on her own time and provided me with her honest opinion as well as her thoughts on a realistic value of the properties.
