Finding a rental

Angela from Harcourts Wine Coast was amazing. Angela went out of her way to make sure Marvin the cat and I had a smooth transition into our new rental. I found her very knowledgeable in her dealings with the stresses of moving particularly in such difficult times. Angela has a down to earth approachable nature which for me personally makes me feel less anxious about any inquires I may have or upcoming inspections which has in the past...elsewhere...at times felt very intrusive. A big shout out to Angela from 'us'

Excellent customer service and communication

The first time I called I received a call back within a few hours as promised. Other places take days, if they ever call back at all. Excellent prompt communication both over the phone & via emails. Casey and Angela were fantastic. They secured a great tenant in little time with no fuss. Very highly recommended, thanks.

A wealth of knowledge & great communication

Both Casey & Karlee have made our experience such a smooth and effortless process. They’ve a wealth of knowledge between them; they have ensured our options are always explained and we have all the right information so that we can make an informed decision. Their flexibility, communication and organisation has been impeccable as they are always prompt in their responses and quick to organise everything. I’m very grateful to have had both of them guide us through this stressful process!

Great local knowledge, and they found us the perfect tenant!

Our property manager Karlee did a great job in keeping us up to date with finding a tenant for our home. She had a great understanding of the local market to pitch our place to the right people. Her communication kept us in the loop at all times and made the whole process really easy.

Very good experience with a friendly and professional agent

We had such a fantastic experience commencing our lease through Angela. We have found her extremely professional to deal with, very prompt and easy to get into contact with. She was also very thorough and put a lot of consideration into our ingoing report which has made the process quick and easy for us to finalise. We look forward to continuing our relationship with her throughout our lease.
