Getting into the rental market as an elderly person is very overwhelming and daunting. I explained to the property manager what sort of housing i needed and where i would like to live. The property manager found me a beautiful property in the perfect location. She has made the whole process less traumatic and has kept me up to date with all the requirements that were neede for me to be able to move in. Recently moved into a new home with my children in Christies Beach. From the initial inspection Karlee was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the place. Since our successful application Karlee has been very quick with all information and communication, we were given a nice house gift when picking up keys and I have been kept completely informed the entire process. Karlee is always quick to reply and more than happy to help. Couldn't recommend highly enough and am feeling very positive knowing Harcourts and Karlee and my future land agents. 10/10
