Always well presented, very knowledgeable about the market and willing to answer any questions that we had. Her time, was our time and she never rushed any meetings that we had with her. Wow! What a result in selling our house. Four days, at a price far above expectations. The result is a tribute to Kate's energy, enthusiasm and expertise. Right from the first time we met, we felt she was on our side, and as passionate about achieving a successful sale as we were. No set and forget, going through the motions, hoping for the best - Kate was in, boots and all. She explained her strategy recommendations, but gave us power to make our own decisions. Then she got stuck in and made thoings happen - even having her own family help with letterbox-dropping.
