Chris was fantastic to work with for the sale of my property, which was such a smooth process start to finish. His knowledge of the local area is second to none and is well versed in the wants and needs of potential buyers. I would recommend Chris to anyone looking to sell.

Carly and her team performed above our expectations when it came to excellent customer service and support. Always there to provide information updates and two steps ahead for planning the best result. Carly was confident, very knowledgeable and so far ahead of the competition. She delivered on selling our home and as she promised “I’ll get the job done!”. Thank you Carly and the team. We will recommend you to family and friends.

Chris went above and beyond to assist us with the purchase of a property. We are overseas and he facilitated video calls and fielded questions in a timely manner over WhatsApp. On completion of the sale, he was extremely helpful in facilitating the removal of items on the property in liaison with conveyancers. We are so grateful for his professionalism and assistance given we are a world away and don’t hesitate to recommend him. Thanks Chris!

After using other agents in the past who never communicated after signing them up, we were looking for an agent who were dedicated in keeping us informed with the progress of our sale. Carly and her team exceeded our expectations with this, it was such a relief to find a dedicated agent. They are friendly and helpful, offering advice and answering any queries we had immediately. Thanks to Carly, Jess and Adam, your dedication to the sale of our home is highly appreciated.

Carly Frost and Sandy Mount finally agreed to a Zoom call - which resolved the many issues that we raised about our buying experience. Harcourts have given us an undertaking that they will review their procedures so no one else has to go through what we did. We appreciate their service recovery efforts and have therefore changed our review to 4 stars based on this.
