The first impression we got was a calming influence, and that carried throughout the whole experience. Throughout the whole process, she listened to what we wanted, and gave suggestions to things we were unaware of, but her experience was priceless. It is an emotional time selling a home you've been in for nearly 30 years and 'Jules' was very aware of this and guided us through with no fuss. She was always available at the end of the phone line to help us with even the most mundane questions. Every step of the sale, she was there with her calming manner and permanent smile. This was not a typical "sales person", but a very experienced lady who became a friend that guided us through a very complex situation.
