Holly's help in selling my house was exceptional. Holly helped with the repairs to the home for selling, including dealing with the contractors and access to the house. Thankyou Holly.

Holly Freeland had a friendly, professional approach with our transition to Aldinga Beach. There was a moving guide pamphlet in our paperwork which made it easier to negotiate our move. She was there to answer any queries that we had. Communication was great

Chris Cotton has been nothing short of fantastic in the sale of my Grandmother’s Unit after her passing. Chris initially had dealings with my Grandmother before her death and subsequently with myself as the Executor of the estate. We encountered some Legal problems along the way which prevented the sale for some time but Chris’s empathy to the situation was first class. Once I was granted probate the sale of the Unit and Chris’s communication around the process has been Exceptional. His knowledge of the market in the Southern Vales is second to none. I am more than happy with the price we have achieved. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris Cotton as a Land Agent of the highest calibre to anyone who was considering selling or buying a property.
