Having just sold my home, I was unsure how to go about organising a rental. However out of the blue Super Mel (Melissa Groves) responded to an enquiry regarding a property that unfortunately got snapped just before I enquired. However Mel went into solution mode, with proactive emailing me properties that were in a range I was interested in. Mel's communication has been prompt, detailed and personalised. Shes been outstanding to deal with. Plus, she actually did the settlement on my previous house and also did a fantastic job there too! Thanks Mel x

I am truly pleased to have worked with this team and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Whenever I had questions or required clarification, I felt comfortable raising them, and I consistently received prompt, clear and efficient responses. The property we rented is among the best in the area and throughout the process of inspections, finalizing the agreement and handling related matters, the team provided valuable support and assistance. We arranged two separate inspections for the same property and on both occasions, the team attended punctually, maintained a welcoming attitude, and guided us thoroughly through the property. Overall, my experience working with this team has been excellent and I sincerely wish them continued success in their future endeavors.

My wife and I recently arrived in Tasmania from South Africa on a four year specialist skills 482 visa. Our excitement for the new challenge on a new continent quickly turned into frustration and a lot of anxiety due to the paucity of rental accommodation that was available on the market. We literally arrived with eight suitcases and were keen to put down some roots in our new base by being able to unpack our personal effects in new accommodation. After four weeks in hotels and Air and B's we were downcast at the prospects of finding a suitable rental as our enquiries to rental agents were either ignored and not responded to or when we did obtain a physical viewing opportunity, there were multiple other clients that had applied for the same accommodation. The level of service and compassion was not something that we had experienced in the four weeks of us exploring many dead-ends in relation to our property search and Melissa's professional approach to her work has stood out like a beacon. Once were were shown various options that appeared to be a fit for our requirements, Melissa followed up by cementing the formalities and being a conduit between us and the owner of the property. The transaction was finalized in the nicest possible way and all loose ends attended to with the minimum of fuss or ado.
